Life is packed with responsibilities, and finding balance feels like a never-ending quest.
But one simple rule changed everything for me:👉 If it takes 60 seconds or less — just DO IT.
Seriously. If tidying up a counter, filling your water bottle, or sending that quick text takes less than a minute, do it right away. Future You will want to high-five Present You for getting it done. And honestly, the mental relief of not carrying around a list of tiny undone tasks is life-changing.
